NEW BLOG | FASHION HOAX!

09.10.2012 | You haven't heard from me in a while. Wondering what's up? Whether I'm too jetlagged or just tired of blogging? No and no. I've been working on the new blog!!

Yes, it's time for something new! A new name, new design, new system. Why? The name Virtual Fashion View is way to long and for lots of people who I talked to too hard to remember. Plus it's too common. I wanted a name that would fit the concept of my blog. A new design is always good after a few years. It's fresh, simple, but stylish. Designer Erwin Schutt did an amazing job. I'm working with Wordpress now which gives me way more and way better options. I'm so excited to show it to you! Hope you all come join me at... FashionHoax.com!

I'm not a big fan of wearing red, but when I created this Wannahave Outfit based on the Bang-shirt and the sneakers, this red look turned out really great. Would wear this in a minute. Maybe I should try some red! I really have my eye on some New Balance sneakers, red, black or grey. Not sure which color to get. Found these red babies at Spartoo shoes ('schoenen'). What do you think of this look? Would you combine a skirt with sneakers?

Yesterday I received this zipped bag from Oasap and I bought this oversized coat at Mango. It's was a great day for shopping addiction ;) I got the last one in my size at Mango and the same afternoon I made some outfitphoto's with it. Here's a little preview! I bought this Mango coat yesterday. I saw this coat a while ago and I couldn't get it out of my mind. I'm soooo happy I decided to buy it! Can't wait to wear this to New York next week.

O, did I already tell you about that? I'm going to New York again with my boyfriend! We're leaving Saturday and we're staying for the week. I'm way too excited, even though I've been there before earlier this year. I guess that's the power of New York ;-) I'll tell you more about our plans later this week!

You've already seen them in some outfitposts, but I wanted to show them up close and personal. I got both of them at Hippe Schoenen. The snake pumps look a litte bit too shiny, because of the sunlight. As you can see im my outfitposts, they look really smooth in real life. Wanted to share my new turtleneck sweater with you on this lazy Saturday morning. I wanted a big turtleneck sweater for a while now and ordered it at H&M a few days ago. I love to wear this at home on a chill day like today, it's so cosy! Yet, I can't wait to wear it with some leather jeans and high heels.

Yesterday I got a big Spartoo package filled with two boxes of shoes, two! I ordered a pair of heels and finally, white low Converse All Stars sneakers. I wanted white All Stars for about a year now, when I saw my size online, I immediately ordered them. I'm so happy with both pairs :)

I would so wear this! I saw the Mango heels in Paris. They're so beautiful, I almost cried (really, ask my boyfriend). I wanted to cry even more when I tried them on and they were way to high for me. Still, I wanted to share them with you ;-) I'm really thinking about ordering the Pieces bag. Seen it in pink, but black is even more pretty. Found it at Spartoo.nl, a webshop that sells lots of great bag ('tassen') and shoes ('schoenen').

I must admit that I kinda like the preppy trend! Never thought I'd be a person to order loafers, but last week I did at Spartoo.nl, a webshop specialized in shoes ('schoenen'). These loafers are by Betty London, who has lots of other loafers in her collection. Also suede studded ones, which were also very nice, but I prefer leather shoes like these. I did some shopping the last few weeks, added some tops to my autumn wardrobe! You already know about the Topshop camo sweater, I probably blogged and tweeted way too much about that item! I also ordered the black bomber jacket in the picture above at H&M. Last but not least, a Paris purchase, my burgundy peplum H&M Trend top. When I got back, I saw they also sell them in Groningen now, damn! Then again, I couldn't leave Paris empty handed! Outfitposts will follow very soon! Enjoy your Saturday :)

I was looking for pointy black heels like these and last week I found them at a great webshop called Hippe Schoenen. I expected them to do quite expensive, but they really really weren't. And that's the philosophy behind the webshop, make shoe-loving women happy with affordable shoes. They sure made me happy, can't wait for these babies to arrive today!

I would wear this in a minute. This look is edgy, feminine and stylish, the way I like it! The 90ties bomber is surely making a comeback, which makes me really glad. I love the look and shape of the bomberjacket. Also in loooove with these heels, perfect for summer. Also perfect for summer is this D&G bag. It's so cute and I love the color. It costs only €56,30,- at Spartoo! They sells lots of designer bags ('tassen'), so have a look!

Today me and my boyfriend were on a mission: buy Lian some awesome mirror sunglasses she can wear to Paris next weekend. We went to a few stores, but finally found the perfect mirror sunnies at.. the market! For real. Very happy with it though. You'll see the complete outfit tomorrow!

I recently did a "Wannahave Outfit" post including this sweater. I was so bummed out when I found out it was sold out. I had to have it! So when it was back it stock I immediately bought it. Can't wait for it to arrive. I'll receive the sweater next week, just in time for my Paris trip :)

I so want to wear this so bad, I love these items! I'm going to get the watch when I'm going to Paris in two weeks. Hopefully I can find it there at the Marc by Marc Jacobs store, fingers crossed! Also loooove these Casadei shoes ('schoenen') I found at Spartoo luxury collection. This collection is amazing, filled with amazing designers! I would combine these items with a basic H&M jeans, so the other edgy items stand out more.

You arrived just on time! I already wore these lovely sandals since the weather is so nice. I'm totally into white, so these sandals where such a musthave. Basic, yet elegant. I so need to wear these with shorts and a white top when I'm going to Paris and Corfu this summer :) I bought these lovers at Spartoo. If it was for the Dutch weather, I'd never buy these items, it's like Autumn here! But since I'm going to Paris and Corfu this Summer, I decided to do some Summer sale shopping at H&M. I was really in need of some basics tops en shorts. The yellow pants were just a "can not not buy you when you're only €7,-" purchase ;-) They're so comfy, perfect chill in the park pants! I hope the weather will allow me to do some outfit shoot in Holland with these items. If not, you and me both have to wait untill the end of August for an all Summer look outfit post.
